Product characteristics
Aluminum alloy power cable makes up for the shortcomings of pure aluminum cable in the past, although it does not improve the electrical conductivity of the cable, but the bending performance, creep resistance and corrosion resistance are greatly improved, which can ensure that the cable maintains stable performance when overloaded and overheated for a long time.

Service characteristics
Rated voltage:The power frequency AC rated voltage is 0.6/1kV, and the maximum voltage of the AC system should not exceed 1.2kV.
Operating temperature:The maximum allowable working temperature of the cable conductor for a long time is 90ºC. In the case of short circuit, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ° C and the duration shall not exceed 5s.
Ambient temperature
The ambient temperature of the cable should not be lower than -10° C.
Laying temperature
The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than 0ºC.
Bending radius
When installing a cable, the bending radius of a single-core cable should not be less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the bending radius of a multi-core cable should not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Sheath
The outer sheath of the cable is usually black, but a color other than black can also be used in accordance with the manufacturer or buyer's agreement to adapt to its use environment. The cable shall have continuous identification of the manufacturer's name, product model and rated voltage, and the manufacturer's name identification may be repeated identification of the manufacturer or trademark; The distance between the end of one complete mark and the beginning of the next mark shall not exceed 500mm on the outer sheath of the cable; The cable insulation or tape should not exceed 200mm; The printed logo should be erasable and not fall off, and the printed content on the surface should be legible. Note: The logo on the surface of the sheath can also add other content according to the custom of the user or the manufacturer.
Delivery of goods and the length of the differences
Delivery of length
Cables weighing less than 80kg are allowed to be delivered in rings, and the delivery length of short sections of the cable shall not exceed 5% of the total length of the delivery, or any length of cable may be delivered according to the agreement between the parties
Error in length
The measurement error of delivery length should not exceed ±0.5%
